Property Care Services (Thailand) Limited is an associate company of OCS Group Limited, the second largest privately-owned support services company in the world. PCS provides everything from single-site service to bundled services at multiple locations, delivered either directly to the client or through facilities management. As a part of SLA management, PCS undertakes routine service audits to assess compliance and take appropriate actions to improve service. There was a big challenge to maintain the stringent norms on SLA compliance. The main objective of implementing a mobility solution was to verify the compliance of the services being offered to the customer and to maintain the SLAs.

The iNotify mobile enterprise application platform was deployed to be accessed by PCS supervisors on Windows Mobile. After implementation of iNotify, the audit supervisor captures, in real time, audit results, exception incidents, and photographs with geotags. This enables the managers to verify SLA compliance and take proactive steps to improve.
