We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Azure BI services and Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The role requires deep expertise in data modelling, visualization, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements
• Build and optimize semantic models using Power BI, DAX, and SQL
• Work extensively with Azure BI services, including:
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Azure SQL / Azure Data Lake Storage
• Develop and manage analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including:
  • Lakehouse
  • Data Pipelines
  • Dataflows Gen2
  • Fabric Warehouses
• Implement end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to reporting layers
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security (RLS, sensitivity labels)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Implement best practices for governance, version control, and deployment pipelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh, performance, and capacity issues

• 6+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
  • DAX, Power Query (M)
  • SQL (T-SQL preferred)
• Practical experience with Azure BI ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (mandatory)
• Experience in building enterprise-scale BI solutions
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Knowledge of data security, RLS, and compliance best practices

• Experience with CI/CD for Power BI (Azure DevOps, Git integration)
• Exposure to Real-Time Analytics / Event Streams in Fabric
• Knowledge of Python or Spark (Fabric notebooks)
• Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, Fabric Analytics Engineer)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile / cross-functional teams
