About the Role

Invasystems is seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Lead to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Infor LN ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of Infor LN ERP modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices for Infor LN implementations.
• Configure solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer to maximize system adoption.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions.
• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with the latest Infor LN releases, features, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Infor LN Functional Consulting.
• Strong expertise across Infor LN modules and business processes.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process mapping skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams.
• Thai language proficiency is mandatory.
• Relevant Infor LN certifications are highly desirable.
