Job Responsibilities
- Being responsible for Oracle HCM development, customizations, and deployment
- Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- Conducting functional/technical design workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Identifying functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and building extensions for them
- At least one full cycle of HCM Cloud implementation and minimum 3 years HCM Cloud hands on experience
- Long term production support and enhancement position with 85% functional focus
- Familiar with two or more HCM integrations including Etrade, Benetrac, Jobvite, AD, ADP, Concur and others.
