Key Responsibilities:
- At least 5 Years of Experience with ServiceNow application Security
- Design and develop core authentication, authorization features of the platform that will be used by different applications to securely establish the desired identity and enforce access controls on its resources.
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Develop and Nurture forensic abilities to craft detailed Root Cause Analysis and mitigation plans for issues introduced by the security layer of the platform.
- Partner with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
- Strong ServiceNow platform security (Authentication/Authorization) best practices.
- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers, applications to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.
- Strong hands-on experience on Access Controls, Basic and Oauth authentication of API’s
- Strong Web Service Integration experience using Rest/SOAP and LDAP Integration, SSO
- Good Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies, Client scripts
- Good Experience on ServiceNow client and server-side Java Script and ServiceNow API’s
