About the Role

Invasystems is looking for an experienced IFS HCM Cloud Consultant to help organizations transform their HR operations through IFS Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing IFS HCM solutions, a strong understanding of HR business processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support IFS Cloud HCM modules.
• Configure and optimize Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning Management System (LMS), Employee Self-Service, and other IFS HCM modules.
• Conduct HR process workshops to gather business requirements and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient system configurations.
• Support data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support integrations between HCM and other IFS Cloud modules.
• Ensure solutions align with HR best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting IFS HCM solutions.
• IFS Cloud HCM Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with data migration, testing, system configuration, and user training.
• Knowledge of integrations between HCM and other enterprise applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
