With a major share of the total domestic commercial banking market and the largest network of 27 branches and 92 ATMs, customer plays a key role in the local economy.
The Business Problem Challenges
Customer approached Invasystems to develop an Intranet site for so that it can help solve the problem of centralized content management, better collaboration among employees, information dissemination using right data privacy and governance and last but not least provide a memorable user experience to its employees

How An Invasystems Company Helped
Invasystems conceptualized an intranet site on Microsoft SharePoint framework with best practices for improved engagement and experience. The site had a customized home page with news, calendar of events, publications, and other SharePoint web parts. Features of SharePoint document management for content publishing and authorizations were used along with SharePoint enterprise search capability to let employee search right content for their work. Microsoft SharePoint best practices were following in designing the system architecture so as it make it scalable and future ready as well.
Scope
Testing for this project included functional testing and Sanity testing for the SharePoint intranet site , SharePoint webparts, SharePoint document repository, with basic concurrency testing for 100 concurrent users, since the intranet was being made accessible in a phased manner.
