How An Invasystems Company Helped

Invasystems along customer leadership team conceptualized HR Analytics Command Center that houses touch screen devices which would showcase HR analytics for various KPIs including Talent Analytics and Sentiment Analytics.

This application presented a color code-based score mapping across different geo’s and how the performance of the employees has changed across the year. Invaystems developed a unique motion chart which showcased the trend change with colors and how the growth milestones looked like across the years.
